Carpenter brings more than 15 years of healthcare technology experience, with a particular focus on hospice, home health, skilled nursing, and other post-acute care settings. Her background includes enterprise sales leadership, strategic business partnerships, SaaS and cloud-based technology, workflow automation, EMR integration, mobile healthcare solutions, and post-acute data analytics.

Her career includes sales leadership positions with BetterRX, Trella Health, and CellTrak Technologies, as well as earlier healthcare solutions and national account roles with Sprint Nextel and USA Mobility. Across these organizations, Carpenter has worked with healthcare providers adopting technology intended to improve access to information, strengthen operational performance, automate workflows, and support better care delivery.
